Mahindra has unveiled a groundbreaking transformation in its customer journey, enhancing its SUV sales and service experience. Building on its Heartcore Design philosophy, Mahindra’s next-generation dealerships aim to offer a sophisticated and immersive engagement for customers across its Electric Origin and ICE SUVs.

These revamped showrooms provide a multi-sensory experience, blending cutting-edge technology with modern design. Key features include a showcase of Mahindra’s INGLO Electric Origin architecture, MAIA AI, and innovative Hero Features. The showrooms also offer an immersive audio experience with a Harman Kardon system, along with expert consultations from over 500 specialists from premium brands.

On the service side, Mahindra has set new benchmarks by incorporating AI-powered diagnostics and remote vehicle monitoring. The introduction of eSUV service bays and remote vehicle diagnostics (RVD) ensures a seamless maintenance experience. The company has also established dedicated battery repair centers and a 400-member tech support team for precision engineering services.

Mahindra’s after-sales service also includes predictive diagnostics and proactive maintenance, ensuring that software-driven vehicles remain in optimal condition. These services are supported by a nationwide network and high-tech facilities, allowing Mahindra to meet the demands of both electric and ICE vehicle owners.

The integration of AI and advanced technologies in Mahindra’s showrooms and service centers represents a commitment to providing a superior, customer-focused experience. This transformation not only improves the sales process but also enhances long-term ownership satisfaction for Mahindra’s customers.

As Mahindra continues to innovate, this new customer experience sets a new standard in the automotive industry, positioning the brand as a leader in both sales and after-sales service. This transformation reflects Mahindra’s focus on driving growth in the electric vehicle market and creating a future-ready, connected experience for its customers.
