BMW Group is taking significant steps towards fully electrifying its production lineup by 2027. As part of this transformation, the company is preparing its Munich plant for the launch of the NEUE KLASSE model in 2026. The construction of three new production halls is underway at the Munich plant. The NEUE KLASSE is set to revolutionize BMW’s production process by introducing a new vehicle architecture designed for efficiency. This change will reduce manufacturing costs significantly, thanks to a simplified production process that eliminates variations between engine types.
