At the 2025 Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo in Anaheim, California, Winline Technology unveiled its latest suite of high-efficiency electric vehicle (EV) charging modules, specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of the North American market. As EV adoption accelerates—U.S. sales surpassed 2.2 million units in 2024 and are projected to reach 3.5 million in 2025—the demand for scalable, grid-resilient charging infrastructure has become increasingly critical.

Founded in 2007, Winline Technology specializes in the development and manufacturing of EV charging modules, high-voltage DC power supplies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and intelligent microgrid solutions. At the expo, the company emphasized solutions with high power density, ultra-wide voltage adaptability, and excellent thermal performance—key requirements for diverse North American climate and usage scenarios.

One of the spotlight products, the UXR100060, is a 60kW AC/DC power module capable of full-load operation in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. It supports a wide output voltage range of 100 to 1000V, making it ideal for both urban multi-vehicle chargers and highway fast-charging stations.

Winline’s booth at ACT Expo attracted significant interest from industry professionals, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and technical excellence in addressing market challenges. The showcased modules are tailored to support the fast-evolving North American EV infrastructure market, emphasizing reliability and efficiency.

The company’s focus on intelligent energy systems and microgrid solutions positions it as a key player in the transition to sustainable transportation. By offering products that address both current and future infrastructure needs, Winline aims to facilitate the widespread adoption of electric vehicles across North America.

As the EV market continues to grow, Winline Technology’s advanced charging modules are poised to play a crucial role in supporting the necessary infrastructure, ensuring that charging solutions keep pace with the increasing number of electric vehicles on the road.
