Ola Electric has officially commenced deliveries of its highly anticipated Roadster X electric scooter across Delhi, marking a key step in the company’s nationwide rollout of its premium EV lineup.

The Roadster X, unveiled earlier this year, blends sporty design with advanced performance, targeting urban riders seeking both style and sustainability. Deliveries in Delhi follow an overwhelming pre-booking response, signaling strong market interest in Ola’s high-end offerings.

Built on Ola’s Gen-2 platform, the Roadster X comes with enhanced features including a larger battery, improved suspension, and a re-engineered motor for quicker acceleration. The company claims it offers superior ride comfort and durability tailored to Indian roads.

Ola Electric’s spokesperson confirmed that delivery operations will soon extend to other metro cities, as production scales up at its FutureFactory in Tamil Nadu. The company aims to strengthen its position in the premium two-wheeler EV segment through strategic launches like the Roadster X.

With Delhi being a key EV market due to its aggressive electrification policies and expanding charging infrastructure, Ola’s timely delivery push is expected to boost visibility and consumer adoption. The company is also offering attractive financing options to ease access.

As Ola Electric accelerates its expansion, the Roadster X is poised to become a flagship model, reflecting the brand’s growing ambitions in India’s rapidly evolving electric mobility landscape.
