At the Hyderabad E-Motor Show, which was held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre and was organised by the State Government of Telangana, HOP Electric debuted its ground-breaking electric motorcycle, the HOP OXO.
The co-founder of HOP Electric, Nikhil Bhatia, stated that the Hon. Minister for IT, Electronics, and Communications, Industries, and MA & UD – Government of Telangana, K T Rama Rao, “launched our game-changing OXO at the Hyderabad E Motor Show.” We are thrilled that Formula E will visit India and think that HOP OXO will be instrumental in advancing electric mobility there.
With a sleek design that combines affordability, performance, and sustainability, HOP OXO is revolutionising the motorcycle industry. HOP OXO has a top speed of 90 kph or 95 kph* and a true range of 135 kph or 150 kph thanks to its cutting-edge features. Additionally, it has a voltage architecture of 72 V, a maximum torque (at the wheels) of 185 Nm or 200 Nm*, and a motor power (peak) of 5.2 Kw or 6.2 Kw. A BLDC Hub motor, Sinusoidal FOC Vector Control, and riding modes like Eco-Power-Sport and Reverse mode are all included in the motorcycle’s setup.
An advanced Lithium-ion High-Performance Battery with an installed capacity of 3.75 Kwh and an intelligent charger of 850 W with a charging time of 0-80% in 4 hours power the HOP OXO. Additional connectivity and security features include a 5-inch Smart LCD Display (1000 cd/m2, IP67), 4G LTE CAT4*, GNSS with AGPS*, BLE 5.0* with a Mobile App, and 128-bit encryption.
