Ola Electric has rolled out its much-anticipated Hyperdelivery service in Bengaluru, enabling same-day registration and delivery of electric vehicles powered by its indigenous 4680 Bharat Cell technology. The company said the move brings a “quick-commerce-like experience” to EV buyers, cutting down the traditional waiting period between purchase and handover.
Under this new Hyperdelivery initiative, customers can now place an order online or walk into an Ola Electric store and receive a fully registered vehicle on the same day without having to wait for separate registration processing. The Bengaluru launch marks the first phase of this service, which the EV maker plans to scale further.
Ola Electric said Hyperdelivery is part of its broader Hyperservice program — a set of enhancements aimed at improving the overall ownership experience. Hyperservice focuses on transparency, convenience, and customer-centric processes throughout the EV buying journey.
A key reason behind the faster turnaround time, the company noted, is its decision to bring the entire vehicle registration process in-house rather than relying on external agents. By internalizing this function, Ola Electric says it has significantly reduced delays and simplified delivery workflows.
A spokesperson for Ola Electric emphasized that the Hyperdelivery service adds “another layer of ease and convenience” for buyers, especially those choosing the latest 4680 Bharat Cell-powered vehicles — the company’s next-generation EV lineup built with locally made battery cells.
Alongside this service rollout, Ola Electric has also introduced features like in-app service appointment booking nationwide, reinforcing its focus on post-purchase support. These initiatives align with the firm’s broader strategy to enhance EV adoption and streamline operations across sales, service, and customer engagement.
