Yuma Energy has partnered with Quantum Energy to introduce battery swapping support for Quantum Bziness electric scooters in India. The new partnership is aimed at improving the day-to-day performance of electric vehicles used for commercial operations. By combining Quantum Energy’s electric scooter platform with Yuma Energy’s battery swapping network, both companies want to make EV operations faster and more reliable.

Under the partnership, Quantum Bziness scooter users will be able to swap discharged batteries at Yuma Energy stations instead of waiting for the battery to recharge. The battery swapping process takes only a few minutes, helping riders return to the road quickly. This is expected to solve one of the biggest challenges faced by EV users—long charging times.

The companies said the main goal of the partnership is to improve vehicle uptime and reduce downtime for commercial electric scooter users. Faster battery replacement will allow riders and fleet operators to complete more trips and deliveries in less time. This will also help businesses increase efficiency while lowering the impact of delays caused by charging.

The partnership is expected to benefit delivery and last-mile mobility companies the most. Businesses involved in e-commerce, food delivery and logistics require vehicles that can remain operational throughout the day. With battery swapping, these companies can keep their electric scooter fleets moving without long breaks, improving overall productivity.

Drivers using Quantum Bziness electric scooters will also benefit from shorter waiting periods and greater convenience. They will be able to complete more work during operating hours while spending less time at charging points. In addition, wider use of electric vehicles through such solutions can help cities reduce air pollution and traffic noise.

Yuma Energy and Quantum Energy believe the partnership will support the growth of India’s EV ecosystem and encourage more businesses to adopt electric mobility. As battery swapping infrastructure expands across the country, commercial EV users are expected to gain access to faster, more affordable and more dependable energy solutions.
