Kia India has reached a major milestone by expanding its aftersales network to 500 service workshops across the country. The company marked the achievement with the inauguration of a new service facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This expansion reflects Kia’s strong focus on customer satisfaction and better service accessibility in India.

The newly opened Ahmedabad workshop is located in Chandkheda and has been developed to offer advanced vehicle servicing solutions. The facility is one of the largest service centers in Kia India’s network and has been designed to handle high customer demand with efficient operations and faster turnaround times.

With this milestone, Kia India now has more than 800 customer touchpoints spread across 391 cities nationwide. The growing service network is expected to provide easier access to maintenance, repairs, and support services for Kia owners across urban and semi-urban markets.

The Ahmedabad workshop is equipped with modern infrastructure, including multiple service bays, spacious customer areas, and advanced diagnostic tools. The facility also includes EV-ready charging infrastructure, supporting the company’s future plans for electric mobility growth in the Indian market.

Kia India has also focused on sustainability at the new workshop. The service center includes solar power support, water recycling systems, and eco-friendly practices aimed at reducing environmental impact while maintaining high service standards.

The company stated that reaching 500 service workshops is a significant step in strengthening trust among customers. Kia India plans to continue expanding its aftersales footprint and improving ownership experience as it strengthens its presence in the competitive Indian automotive market.
