Through the integration of Pulse Energy’s state-of-the-art roaming-hub-as-a-service platform with Allianz Partners’ vast mobility assistance network, the cooperation seeks to improve the EV ownership experience for Allianz Partners clients. The organisation will offer EV users a smooth and all-encompassing experience, tackling their main concerns including range anxiety, accessibility to charging infrastructure, and technical assistance.

Customers will benefit from a plethora of new features and advantages brought about by the agreement, including roaming capabilities to lessen range anxiety, remote control over charging procedures, and seamless charging with real-time access to charger locations. For stress-free travel, an inventive EV trip planner will plot routes with accessible chargers and neighbouring services.

In addition, chatbots powered by AI will offer quick fixes for any problems relating to EVs and chargers.

“This partnership highlights Allianz Partners India’s commitment to sustainable mobility,” said Charu Kaushal, Managing Director of Allianz Partners India. Working together with Pulse Energy is a big step forward for our mission to improve India’s EV ownership experience.

We are dedicated to offering a seamless, cutting-edge solution that promotes sustainable mobility and satisfies our clients’ changing needs by fusing their cutting-edge platform with our offerings.

“Partnering with Allianz Partners is a major step forward in our mission to transform EV infrastructure in India,” stated Pulse Energy’s co-founder Akhil Jayaprakash. By fusing the capabilities of our platform with the vast mobility assistance network of Allianz Partners India, we will be able to provide a fully integrated solution that streamlines EV ownership and fosters the expansion of the electric vehicle market.
