BNC Motors has launched its latest electric scooter, the Perfetto, in India, priced at an introductory ₹1.13 lakh (ex-showroom). The scooter is expected to be available by the end of this month. In collaboration with Japanese manufacturer Musashi, BNC Motors has developed the powertrain for the Perfetto.
Designed for urban commuting, the Perfetto features a metal body and a vintage aesthetic complemented by modern engineering. It is available in four colors: Veneto White, Tokyo Red, Nilgiris Green, and Pangong Blue.
The scooter is equipped with a single-sided rear shock absorber, telescopic front forks, and drum brakes on both ends with a combined braking system. BNC Motors claims that the Perfetto offers the longest floorboard in its class, a 750 mm long seat, and a 25-liter under-seat storage compartment.
Powered by BNC’s proprietary Etrol 40 battery, the Perfetto boasts a range of up to 160 kilometers, depending on the variant. The company states that the scooter can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 3.7 seconds and achieve a top speed of 70 km/h.
