Cadillac has unveiled the Celestiq, an all-electric ultra-luxury sedan that redefines automotive excellence. Handcrafted at General Motors’ Artisan Center in Michigan, the Celestiq is produced in extremely limited quantities, with only 400 units expected annually. This bespoke vehicle combines cutting-edge technology, unparalleled craftsmanship, and personalized luxury, aiming to compete with the likes of Rolls-Royce and Bentley in the ultra-luxury EV market.

Under the hood, the Celestiq boasts a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a combined 655 horsepower and 646 lb-ft of torque. This powertrain enables the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds. The 111 kWh Ultium battery provides an estimated range of 483 km on a full charge and supports 200 kW DC fast charging, adding 126 km of range in just 10 minutes.

The Celestiq’s interior is a testament to Cadillac’s commitment to luxury and innovation. It features a 55-inch curved OLED display that spans the entire dashboard, offering a seamless interface for infotainment and vehicle controls. The cabin is equipped with a 38-speaker AKG Studio Reference audio system, noise cancellation, and a smart glass roof that can adjust its opacity. Additionally, the vehicle includes advanced driver-assistance features such as GM’s Ultra Cruise hands-free driving system and Remote Auto Parking.

Each Celestiq is fully customizable, with over 350,000 configuration options available. Customers can choose from a wide range of materials, colors, and finishes to create a vehicle that reflects their personal style. This level of personalization is facilitated through direct collaboration with Cadillac’s design team, ensuring that each vehicle is unique.

With the Celestiq, Cadillac aims to reassert its position as the “Standard of the World,” offering a vehicle that embodies the pinnacle of luxury, performance, and innovation in the electric vehicle sector. The Celestiq is not just a car; it’s a statement of Cadillac’s vision for the future of ultra-luxury electric mobility.
