DriveX has introduced India’s first AI-powered self-inspection tool for pre-owned two-wheeler sellers, aimed at simplifying and streamlining the vehicle resale process. This new feature allows sellers to evaluate their vehicle’s value independently, providing them with real-time price estimates based on the vehicle’s condition.
The self-inspection tool uses a combination of visual inspection technology and market-based algorithms. Sellers can upload standardized images, provide basic vehicle details, and answer a short questionnaire about the bike’s performance and condition. The AI system then analyzes these inputs to generate an instant price estimate, factoring in damage, wear and tear, and mechanical performance.
To provide flexibility, DriveX offers sellers the choice of completing the self-inspection online or visiting one of its 60+ stores in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for a professional evaluation. This hybrid model enhances the convenience and accessibility of the service while ensuring accurate valuations.
DriveX is showcasing its AI solutions at Startup Mahakumbh 2025, underscoring its commitment to making the pre-owned two-wheeler market faster and more transparent. Narain Karthikeyan, the founder of DriveX, highlighted that the tool addresses common problems in the industry, such as inconsistent valuations and lengthy processes.
The self-inspection tool is now available on DriveX’s website, providing an efficient, data-driven approach for two-wheeler owners looking to sell their vehicles. Sellers can book a final inspection and formalize the offer, receiving instant payment upon completion.
