Goyal Aluminiums intends to invest Rs. 200 crore in the establishment of an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing factory in Uttar Pradesh.
The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has allocated the firm 4,000 square metres of land for the project.
“Goyal Aluminiums…is planning to invest Rs 200 crore in establishing a new electric vehicle manufacturing plant,” a company representative told PTI on Wednesday.
Wroley E India, a freshly established enterprise, has announced the company’s entry into the EV industry.
“Only low-speed and electric scooters will be manufactured for the domestic market.” “The company has already received permission from the Central Institute of Road Transport (CIRT) to launch the first high-speed electric scooter in April of this year,” stated a representative.
GNIDA has leased to the firm site number 283 comprising 4,000 square meters in its industrial area for 90 years. By 2024, the business intends to employ 150 dealers in the EV category.
