JCBL Limited, a leading mobility solutions provider and part of the JCBL Group, achieved yet another milestone by successfully delivering 106 custom-designed staff buses to Mahindra & Mahindra, within a record time of three months.

Built on Mahindra’s chassis platforms, these buses are tailored to meet the highest standards of comfort, safety, and durability.

Designed with a strong focus on passenger experience, these buses feature 17-inch wide seats,  driver’s cabin partition, digital LED route displays, USB charging points and Fans on each seat row, a TV, and a six-speaker music system. Safety enhancements include pneumatic passenger door with safety sensor, seatbelt on each seat, CCTV cameras with a 30-day recording capacity, panic switch, anti-rust treatment, and a Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).

The official delivery ceremony at Ahmedabad was attended by senior management from Mahindra & Mahindra and INTAS Pharmaceuticals.

Despite challenges such as concurrent product development and series production readiness, JCBL successfully met the ambitious deadline, ensuring that the buses complied with Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR) guidelines and rigorous quality standards. The buses underwent an extensive development and certification process to ensure they met all required specifications and industry standards.

“This project is a testament to our commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and innovative mobility solutions,” said Mr. Dinesh Dua, Business Head, JCBL Ltd. “Completing one of India’s largest single-customer staff bus orders within just three months reflects our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.”

With over three decades of experience, JCBL Ltd. continues to push the boundaries of mobility innovation, offering cutting-edge transportation solutions tailored to industry needs.
