In the upcoming DRoEV-2023 event on March 24, the Karnataka government plans to establish Belagavi as the world’s center for electric vehicles (EV) and drones. This exciting initiative, which is a component of the Beyond Bengaluru concept, will take place under the auspices of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), a statewide initiative to promote the growth of industries throughout the state.

Both industries’ components are already produced in Belagavi, and the sector has been built from the ground up. This region has produced many success stories, and the government is eager to capitalize on this trend.

This objective will be significantly advanced by the DRoEV-2023 event, which is anticipated to draw a wide range of stakeholders, including business executives, financiers, and policymakers. The occasion will serve as a platform for showcasing the most recent developments, products, and technologies in the drone and EV industries.

A daylong, action-packed program with over 200 participants, including business leaders, policymakers, members of the research and development community, and startups, will celebrate this exciting prospect.

About 20 stakeholders and industry experts will share their experiences during the event, giving attendees insightful information about the potential of these sectors. Belagavi has already shown to be a thriving ecosystem for many new start-ups in the EV and drone industries, and this region has some truly impressive capabilities.

To take advantage of this opportunity, KDEM will establish a new industry cluster and host the DroEV-2023 launch. The best minds in the field will come together through this initiative to explore new possibilities, exchange knowledge, and promote innovation. We are confident that this event will be a great success, paving the way for a better future for Belagavi and beyond, with the help of the local community and the commitment of industry leaders.

This upcoming event’s main objective is to promote Belagavi as a drone and electric vehicle hub on a global scale. The objective is to entice international investors to collaborate with regional businesses, partners, and the supply chain. This event is a great chance to highlight local innovations, products, and intellectual property while fostering a supportive manufacturing environment. Don’t pass up this opportunity to take part in something truly revolutionary!

An exciting development that promises to open up new opportunities for both businesses and individuals is the government’s vision for Belagavi as a hub for drones and electric vehicles on a global scale. Belagavi has the potential to become a major force in the global drone and electric vehicle industries, spurring development and growth for many years to come.
