JSW MG Motor India sold 3,116 of the newly released MG Windsor in October 2024, a sign of strong sales. This sum accounted for more than 30% of the monthly sales of passenger electric cars in the country.

The company sold 7,045 units in October 2024, the most since its inception, and had a 31% increase in total sales year over year. A significant factor in this growth was the company’s New Energy Vehicle (NEV) portfolio, which made about 70% of total sales in October. This implies that consumers are increasingly selecting electric vehicles as a result of JSW MG Motor’s ongoing focus on eco-friendly modes of mobility.

The MG Windsor combines the practicality of an SUV with the elegance of a sedan. It features an aerodynamic design, spacious cabins, several safety features, smart connectivity options, and state-of-the-art technologies. Based on a “Pure EV Platform,” the Windsor has a confirmed range of 332 kilometers between charges. Through the Battery as a Service (BaaS) program, which charges INR 3.5 per kilometer for battery rental, the Windsor can also be acquired for INR 9.99 lakhs, with a starting price of INR 13,49,800 (ex-showroom).

The Aero Lounge seats in the MG Windsor may recline up to 135 degrees for added luxury. It also features a large 604-liter boot compartment and an IP67-certified 38kWh battery for added durability and security. The car gives options to suit various driving needs with its four driving modes: Eco+, Eco, Normal, and Sport. The Windsor’s Infinity View Glass Roof and 2700 mm wheelbase further contribute to its spacious and light interior design.

The MG Windsor is available in four color options: Turquoise Green, Clay Beige, Pearl White, and Starburst Black. It also comes in three different versions: Excitable, Exclusive, and Essence.
