The ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform, developed by myTVS, a TVS mobility group subsidiary, aims to provide smooth, all-inclusive vehicle management solutions for electric vehicle (EV) fleets in India.

The platform, which is especially designed for last-mile electric vehicle fleet operators, is a significant development in aiding companies in their shift to sustainable mobility options. With its extensive service offering, the MaaS platform hopes to become a vital resource for fleet managers looking to improve fleet productivity and optimize operations.

A wide range of services covering every facet of managing an electric vehicle fleet are provided by the MaaS platform. These services include car leasing, roadside assistance, insurance, charging solutions, telematics, real-time fleet monitoring, spare parts management via an online catalog with 1.8 lakh SKUs, and tire management.

Moreover, myTVS offers refurbishment services to prolong the usable life of EV fleets, adding significant value to the companies that make use of the platform. By guaranteeing that fleet managers can effectively maintain their cars, this service lowers downtime and improves fleet performance overall.

MyTVS aims to satisfy fleet operators’ changing needs as they switch to electric vehicles by combining these diverse services. The platform provides the tools businesses need to streamline operations and further their commitment to environmentally friendly mobility solutions. This move is motivated by the need to align with sustainability goals.

According to G Srinivasa Raghavan, the managing director of the company, the MaaS platform was developed to satisfy fleet operators’ changing needs and ensure sustainability in the rapidly developing fast commerce sector of the market. According to him, the organization can provide clients with quick and easy services because it has 1000 seamless service stations around the country.

They intend to put between 100 and 150 crore into this project. With more than a million subscribers nationwide, myTVS wants to grow its service provider network. Over the following two years, the company intends to open 2,500 more service locations with the goal of capturing a 10-12% market share in the quickly expanding EV ecosystem.

Because of its adaptability and flexibility, the myTVS MaaS platform is perfect for collaborations with OEMs, insurers, financial service providers, and leasing firms.
