- Reflections on 2024: How has this year been for your organization? Are there specific successes or learnings you’d like to discuss?
For Exicom, 2024 was a year of immense growth and transformation. Our ability to swiftly adapt to dynamic global demands allowed us to achieve significant milestones. In March, we proudly listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), marking a monumental step in our journey. Not long after, we introduced the Spin Air AC chargers, India’s first IP66, and Alexa-enabled smart charger, alongside the g1.5 DC fast charger designed to meet global standards. These innovations underscore our commitment to staying ahead of the curve in addressing customer needs.
Our goal of extending our footprint to international locations led us to acquire Australia-based Tritium, one of the world’s leading companies with proprietary liquid-cooled DC fast-charging technology. This acquisition now positions Exicom in over 50 countries, enabling us to serve a wider audience with our cutting-edge solutions. Our strategic partnership with Hubject further enhanced our offerings by launching plug-n-charge and interoperability solutions tailored to India’s growing EV market.
Additionally, we ventured into direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales for our AC chargers, going live across various e-commerce platforms to provide seamless access to advanced charging solutions. By actively engaging with end users and understanding their evolving needs, we’ve strengthened our position as the go-to destination for EV charging solutions in India and abroad.

As we step into 2025, agility remains our guiding principle. Our key objective is to maintain our growth trajectory while launching transformative solutions like PKM Flex, which promises to revolutionize perceptions of DC fast charging globally. We’re also preparing to roll out distributed charging solutions, high-powered standalone chargers, and advanced AC chargers targeting strategic international markets.
Central to our 2025 strategy is the commissioning of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, India. This facility represents our commitment to customer centricity, enhancing our capacity to meet evolving needs efficiently.
Recognizing the growing importance of reliability in EV charging infrastructure, we are leveraging our innovation-driven R&D capabilities to address these demands. By anticipating customer challenges and adapting swiftly, we aim to set new benchmarks in technology and service excellence.
