500 e-C3 cars are part of an agreement that Refex Green Mobility and Citroen inked in order to extend fleet operations throughout South India.

In order to deliver 500 Citroen e-C3 electric vehicles, French automaker Citroen and Refex Green Mobility Ltd., a division of the Refex Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Wednesday.

This order, which is said to be the biggest for Refex in Southern India, is a positive development for the collaboration. Citroen’s electric vehicle (EV) technology was first embraced by Refex eVeelz, the green mobility section of the Refex Group, which was founded in March 2023.

Citroen claims that when it uses this MoU to extend its activities throughout India, it will have a significant influence. However, the corporations did not release any financial information.

Citroen India’s Brand Director, Shishir Mishra, stated that Citroën’s dedication to customers, product dependability, and sustainability is emphasized by the company’s cooperation with Refex. He stated that companies adopting green mobility are finding the Citroen e-C3, with its cutting-edge e-powertrain, efficient battery, and connection features, to be a highly desirable option.

Director of Refex Green Mobility Yash Jain emphasized that working with Citroen will reduce emissions and further the company’s carbon-neutral objectives. When the Citroen e-C3 EVs were first introduced in early 2023, he commended them for their dependability and service. He also emphasized how the partnership would improve urban mobility that is sustainable.
