SEG Automotive has announced its commitment to advancing electrification in India, expanding its range of solutions to cater to the country’s growing demand for sustainable mobility. The company aims to support India’s transition toward a cleaner and greener transportation ecosystem.

Highlighting its expertise in electrification, SEG Automotive has introduced energy-efficient products, including integrated starter generators (ISG) and 48-volt mild-hybrid systems. These technologies are designed to reduce fuel consumption and emissions while enhancing vehicle performance.

The company is also investing in local manufacturing to ensure cost-efficient and timely production of electrification components for the Indian market. By aligning with the government’s vision for sustainable mobility, SEG Automotive seeks to provide scalable solutions for various vehicle categories, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and two-wheelers.

Anil Kumar, Managing Director of SEG Automotive India, stated, “India is at the cusp of an electric mobility revolution, and SEG Automotive is committed to playing a significant role in this transformation. Our advanced technologies will contribute to reducing carbon emissions and achieving India’s sustainability goals.”

SEG Automotive’s electrification solutions are expected to benefit automakers aiming to comply with stringent emission norms and address consumer demand for fuel-efficient and eco-friendly vehicles. The company is focused on fostering innovation and collaboration to further develop India’s EV and hybrid mobility landscape.

This initiative underscores SEG Automotive’s dedication to environmental sustainability and technological excellence as India accelerates its shift toward electric mobility.
