Servotech EV Infra’s Incharz division has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a joint venture between the RP‑Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, to accelerate the rollout of EV charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.
Under the MoU, NPCL will facilitate site identification and liaise with local DISCOMs to expedite approvals and reduce setup costs. Servotech’s Incharz team will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, from design and installation to commissioning and maintenance.
The pilot stage has seen the installation of two charging hubs in residential communities. At Stellar Jeevan, 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers have been deployed. Meanwhile, at Ace Divino, a 40 kW DC fast charger has been installed alongside a 10 kW AC charger capable of simultaneously servicing three two-wheelers.
Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, emphasised the broader ambition: “This partnership marks a defining milestone… powering a future where electric vehicles will dominate the roads.… Our aim is not just carbon neutrality, but to actively contribute to India’s transition toward becoming a carbon‑negative nation”.
Sanket Srivastava, Head of PMS & Sustainability at NPCL, welcomed the collaboration, stating that the alliance will “strengthen the clean mobility infrastructure in Greater Noida” by making EV charging “more accessible, reliable, and widespread”.
This strategic partnership aligns with Servotech’s ambition—through its Incharz arm—to scale up its Charge Point Operator (CPO) business and establish 5,000 charging stations across India in the coming years.
