Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Penta Artha Impressi, commonly known as Bengkel BOS, to bolster its after-sales services and customer experience in Indonesia. This collaboration signifies a pivotal move in VinFast’s ongoing efforts to expand its presence in the country’s burgeoning electric vehicle (EV) market.

Under this agreement, 12 Bengkel BOS service workshops located across key regions—including South Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Yogyakarta—will be officially authorized to provide repair, maintenance, and warranty services for VinFast EV models. These centers will operate under VinFast’s stringent quality standards and technical procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for EV owners.

In addition to servicing, Bengkel BOS will distribute genuine VinFast parts and components, further ensuring the availability of reliable, high-quality products aligned with the automaker global benchmarks. This initiative aims to enhance customer trust and satisfaction by providing consistent and dependable support.

Highlighting the strategic nature of the collaboration, VinFast will offer continuous training and technical advisory support to Bengkel BOS personnel. This preparation is crucial as the network anticipates handling a growing volume of electric vehicles, aligning with VinFast’s plans to scale up deliveries across Indonesia.

This partnership is part of VinFast’s broader strategy to establish a comprehensive EV ecosystem in Indonesia. The company has previously announced plans to install up to 100,000 EV charging stations across the country, with construction set to begin in January 2025. Additionally, VinFast’s factory in West Java province is expected to commence operations next year, with a production capacity of 50,000 units annually.

By integrating service, parts, and infrastructure development, VinFast aims to provide Indonesian consumers with a holistic and reliable EV ownership experience. This comprehensive approach underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the country’s transition to sustainable transportation.
