VinFast, the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, has teamed up with JIGA, a leading auto service chain in the Philippines, to expand its EV service network in the country. The partnership aims to establish over 100 dedicated VinFast service centers nationwide by the end of 2025, strengthening the brand’s presence in the rapidly growing EV market.

Under the agreement, JIGA’s existing service centers will be upgraded to meet VinFast’s high standards for infrastructure, machinery, and technical capabilities. These centers will offer full-service support, including maintenance, repairs, and warranty services, all using genuine spare parts.

This strategic collaboration comes at a time when the demand for electric vehicles is growing in the Philippines, marking a pivotal moment in VinFast’s mission to accelerate the country’s transition to green mobility. The company will provide training, technical consulting, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to JIGA to help facilitate the expansion.

Michael Abanero, President of JIGA, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating that the collaboration with VinFast would enable the company to enhance its service offerings while contributing to the Philippines’ sustainable development goals.

As part of the agreement, the newly upgraded service centers will be integral in improving the ownership experience for VinFast customers, offering them easy access to high-quality, reliable service. This move further underscores the brand’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the growing electric vehicle infrastructure in the Philippines.

With the expanding demand for electric vehicles, VinFast’s entry into the Philippine market through this partnership is expected to be a key driver in the nation’s EV adoption. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in VinFast’s broader expansion plans across Southeast Asia.

By establishing a solid service network, VinFast is positioning itself to play a pivotal role in the region’s transition to electric mobility, offering Filipino customers the convenience and support they need for a seamless EV experience.
