In a strategic move to ensure the ongoing functioning of a crucial EV charging platform, VoltiE Group Inc. has assumed operating responsibilities for Enel X Way North America’s EV charging network.

According to the agreement, VoltiE Group Inc. will oversee the continuous operation of the JuiceBox devices and the broader EV charging ecosystem. The company is prioritizing seamless software connectivity in order to maintain users’ service throughout the changeover. It intends to transfer clients to a new operational platform in the coming months.

“VoltiE Group Inc. is fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition and supporting the long-term sustainability of EV charging infrastructure across North America,” the business stated in its press release.

Enel X Way USA’s closure drastically altered the EV charging landscape, but VoltiE Group’s leadership is expected to boost confidence in the network’s stability and future growth. Customers are directed to the Claims Information Page on Enel X Way USA’s website if they have any queries or worries regarding the company’s closure.

This move is consistent with the region’s growing demand for robust and reliable charging choices as EV adoption picks up speed and reflects VoltiE Group Inc.’s dedication to fostering innovation and continuity in the EV ecosystem.
