Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has announced its entry into fleet operations and last-mile delivery services under its flagship brand, Joy e-bike. In collaboration with SpeedforcEV and operating under the Optimotion banner, the company has deployed an initial fleet of 100 electric two-wheelers in Hyderabad.
Unlike traditional models that focus solely on vehicle deployment, Wardwizard is introducing a comprehensive approach to fleet operations in India. This initiative encompasses vehicle provision, 24/7 maintenance, spare parts, charging infrastructure, financing options, and insurance support, all facilitated through strategic partnerships.
By integrating these services, fleet operators can ensure zero downtime, maximize vehicle uptime, and optimize revenue potential. Bluebells will manage cashless insurance services, Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited will handle financing, Ampvolts Limited will supply charging stations, and SpeedforcEV will oversee spare parts and maintenance.
The company plans to rapidly expand its services beyond Hyderabad into major metropolitan areas such as Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, and Surat. The initial rollout will cater to clients including Zomato, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, and BigBasket.
Yatin Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, stated, “Our aim is to deploy 8,000 vehicles by March 2025 and then scale up to 50,000 vehicles by March 2026.”
Looking ahead, Wardwizard intends to broaden its collaborations to include B2B, B2C, and retail entities within the rapidly expanding electric mobility industry.
