Zen Mobility, a leading Indian light electric vehicle (LEV) manufacturer, has unveiled its comprehensive logistics solution, Zen Flo, alongside the high-performance electric three-wheeler, Micro Pod ULTRA. This integrated approach aims to revolutionize last-mile delivery by combining advanced fleet operations with sustainable vehicle technology.

Zen Flo operates on a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) model, offering businesses scalable access to electric vehicle fleets through flexible leasing and purchase options. The platform integrates fintech capabilities for intelligent fleet deployment, usage-based billing, and real-time performance analytics. Additionally, it provides smart charging and parking infrastructure, along with a trained workforce to enhance operational efficiency.

The Micro Pod ULTRA, designed with a German-influenced aesthetic and built entirely in India, features an advanced Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate (LMFP) battery pack capable of over 5,000 charge cycles. It supports fast charging, achieving 60% charge in just 60 minutes, and comes with a five-year warranty on both the vehicle and the battery. This electric three-wheeler is tailored for various industries, including food delivery, e-commerce, and grocery logistics.

Zen Mobility has already deployed over 2,000 vehicles nationwide and counts major delivery partners such as Blinkit, Zomato, Delhivery, and Shadowfax among its clients. The Micro Pod ULTRA is available for booking, with flexible leasing plans starting at ₹7,500 per month, reflecting the company’s commitment to making sustainable logistics solutions accessible.

Namit Jain, Founder and CEO of Zen Mobility, emphasized the company’s dedication to addressing the evolving needs of last-mile delivery. “With the launch of Zen Flo and the Zen Micro Pod ULTRA, we’re introducing more than just new mobility products and platforms; we’re delivering a next-gen ecosystem,” he stated, highlighting the company’s focus on innovation and sustainability in urban logistics.
