In order to provide 3,000 units of the Zen Micro Pod within a year, greatly enhancing delivery operations, ZEVO, a tech-enabled EV mobility platform, has partnered with Zen Mobility, an up-and-coming Indian electric vehicle OEM.

The Zen Micro Pod is a unique device that can effortlessly maneuver through traffic and guarantee on-time delivery. Its features include a 150 kg payload capacity, a range of over 120 kilometers per charge, and a personalized package. Moreover, ZEVO’s delivery capabilities will be further improved by Zen Mobility’s planned Zen Maxi Pod, a 4-wheeler Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) intended for mid- to large-sized deliveries.

ZEVO intends to introduce these cutting-edge automobiles throughout the country, starting in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). In order to satisfy local challenges, this first phase will allow for extensive testing and refinement. After these areas see successful implementation, the rollout will go on to other major cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.

In order to fulfill the increasing demand for e-commerce delivery, ZEVO plans to dedicate a significant section of its fleet to guarantee the prompt transportation of consumer goods. To balance these two important industries, the same number of units will be devoted to grocery delivery services at the same time.

Zen Mobility’s innovative electric vehicle designs, such the MicroPod and Zen Maxi Pod, are a perfect fit with ZEVO’s mission to provide effective, sustainable, and customer-focused logistics solutions throughout India, according to Aditya Singh Ratnu, CEO and Managing Director of ZEVO. He pointed out that this partnership is a big step in the right direction toward establishing new industry norms for promptness and openness.

The founder and CEO of Zen Mobility, Namit Jain, stressed that their Zen Micro Pods have been painstakingly designed to maneuver through urban settings with ease, making last-mile deliveries effective and environmentally responsible. He was confident that by working with ZEVO, they will be able to lead the way in urban mobility and create new industry standards for quality by making sure that every delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations while leaving the least amount of carbon footprint possible.
