Tata Motors, India’s leading automaker, will display around 18 electric vehicles (EVs) at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Show, the company announced Tuesday.
The showcase will feature a mix of Tata’s existing EV models and prototypes of its upcoming electric offerings, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility. The event is expected to provide a glimpse into Tata’s strategy for expanding its EV portfolio in the fast-growing Indian market.
“With our comprehensive range of electric vehicles, we aim to set new benchmarks in innovation and green mobility,” a Tata Motors spokesperson said.
The display will include electric passenger cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles, catering to a diverse customer base. Tata Motors has been a leader in India’s EV market, with models like the Nexon EV and Tiago EV achieving significant sales milestones.
The Bharat Mobility Show, scheduled to take place later this year, is one of India’s largest events focused on sustainable transportation and innovation. Industry experts anticipate Tata’s participation will draw significant attention and reinforce its position as a frontrunner in the EV sector.
