Simple Energy has unveiled its latest electric scooter, the OneS, marking a significant step in their journey towards revolutionizing electric mobility in India. Priced at ₹1,39,999 (ex-showroom), the OneS offers an impressive IDC range of 181 kilometers, setting a new standard in its price segment. This scooter is designed to cater to the growing demand for eco-friendly transport solutions in both urban and rural areas.

The Simple OneS stands out not just for its range but also for its high performance. Powered by an 8.5kW PMSM motor and a 3.7 kWh fixed battery, the scooter can reach a top speed of 105 km/h. It accelerates from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.55 seconds when switched to its Sonic mode, making it one of the fastest electric scooters in its category.

Equipped with smart features, the OneS also boasts a 7” touchscreen dashboard, offering a host of functionalities like customizable themes, app integration, and turn-by-turn navigation. The scooter comes with 5G e-SIM and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing riders to manage phone calls, and it also includes advanced safety features such as Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and regenerative braking.

Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and CEO of Simple Energy, expressed excitement about the launch, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and affordability. “We are pushing the boundaries of technology to create smarter solutions for our customers. Simple OneS is designed to make premium EV technology accessible to a broader audience,” he said, underlining the company’s focus on sustainable transportation.

With the introduction of the OneS, Simple Energy also announced the discontinuation of the Simple Dot One model. The company is now focused on its two main models: the Simple One Gen 1.5 and the new OneS, aiming to provide customers with top-tier performance and cutting-edge EV technology.
