Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand of diversified conglomerate Murugappa Group is all set to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru with inauguration of new three-wheeler dealership in Mysore Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka with the channel partner Rainland Autocorp.
The new showroom with its third partner for the city Rainland Autocorp is strategically located opposite to Satellite Bus Stand, Bapujinagar, Mysore Road to enhance customer accessibility and experience through Sales, Service and Spares.
The new dealership was inaugurated by Mr. Arun Murugappan, Chairman, Tube Investments of India Ltd, in the presence of dignitaries from Montra Electric and the Channel Partner Rainland Autocorp : Mr Roy Kurian, Business Head, Montra Electric Last Mile and from Rainland Corp : Mr. Sheik Ahamed Shahil Anoof and Mr Ibrahim Shereef, Directors, Mr Gajanan Hegdekatte, Executive Director and Mr Kumar Kalmath, CEO at Rainland Corp.

This is the fourth three wheelers showroom for the brand Montra Electric in Bangalore, with the showroom & Service centers already available in Jayanagar, Rajaji Nagar and KR Puram with two other partners RBVS Vidyuth and Li On Mobility.

The Montra Electric SUPER CARGO which was recently launched is powered by a 13.8 kWh lithium-ion battery, delivers a class-leading 170 km range, 70 Nm torque, and 12 kW peak power, with 23% gradeability for effortless performance. It also offered in rapid 15-minute 100% charge variant in the city of Bengaluru.
Montra Electric three wheelers is already present in 100 cities across India and is fast expanding its network to move India towards Sustainable mobility. The product was well received across the markets with 11,000+ vehicles on ground within 2 years.
