Citroën India Unveils Drive Range Alongside New Fleet Assured

Citroën India unveiled its new “Drive” vehicle lineup and accompanying “Fleet Assured” marking a strategic push into the country’s burgeoning business-to-business mobility market. The launches come under the broader “Citroën 2.0 Shift Into the New” initiative, aimed at enhancing long-term value and operational efficiency for institutional fleet buyers.

The Drive series is tailored for high-utilisation use cases such as ride-hailing, employee transport, and institutional fleets and features diversified fuel options to meet varied operational needs. This includes one electric model promoting sustainable fleet mobility, two CNG vehicles equipped with factory-fitted, government-approved kits, and three petrol variants compliant with E20 fuel standards.

Supporting the vehicle lineup is the Fleet Assured program, an end-to-end service package designed to help fleet operators minimize downtime and manage costs. Key benefits include an extended warranty of up to five years or 300,000 km, access to B2B-dedicated workshops offering night-time operations and priority servicing, and expedited parts delivery through service-level agreements.

The program further includes “Care 4 You” support, featuring a single point of contact, structured escalation procedures, and tailored financing and insurance options. Digital tools such as Fleet Connect and Pitstop-Pro deliver real-time dashboards and maintenance insights, while EV models benefit from battery health checks and specialized uptime services. Elite Club membership affords additional premium perks for large fleet operators.

According to Shishir Mishra, Business Head & Director – Strategic Partnerships and Institutional Business, Stellantis India, “With the new Drive range and Fleet Assured program, we are going beyond selling vehicles we are providing complete care, peace of mind, and assurance to our mobility partners. In fleet operations, every hour of uptime translates into higher profitability and better customer experience. With Citroën, it’s always More Miles, More Money, Less Downtime.”

The move positions Citroën India as a full-service provider in the institutional mobility sector offering not just vehicles, but a holistic ecosystem encompassing after-sales support, financing, and digital fleet management tools. As demand continues to grow for reliable, efficient, and sustainable fleet solutions in India, particularly in the EV and alternative-fuel segments, the Drive series and Fleet Assured framework may well strengthen Citroën’s competitive advantage.
