“This certification will be a significant step in making us one of the larger organised players in the EV batteries ecosystem,” stated Hasan Ali, Co-Founder of Esmito. Esmito has many versions of EV batteries ranging from 48V to 72V, and such certifications serve to boost customer confidence at a time when the sector is only getting started.”
In recent years, Indian car sales of L3 and L5 category vehicles have increased significantly. As demand for electric vehicles grows, these segments have emerged as key contributors to overall sales data. The availability of reasonably priced and technologically advanced electric cars in the L3 and L5 segments has been critical in fostering this rise. Government subsidies and friendly legislation encouraging EV adoption have added to the sales momentum.
