Delhiites may soon be able to hail a premium car such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW or Audi at near everyday fares, with ride-hailing platform ‘NEMBHARAT’ set to launch its premium chauffeur-driven category in the capital next month.

The company said introductory fares for short-distance rides will start at ₹120, while the service will operate with no surge pricing and zero platform commission.

“In most apps, luxury is a category. In ours, it’s just another ride,” Deepak K. Shah, Director and Chief Executive Officer of NEMBHARAT, said.

The platform aims to challenge the conventional pricing structure of luxury ride categories, which are often limited to corporate usage or occasional bookings owing to high fares driven by commissions and dynamic pricing. “We are putting premium cars on the same platform people use for daily commutes. The car is premium, but the economics are designed to stay accessible,” Shah added.

Under NEMBHARAT’s model, drivers retain the full fare without any platform deductions, while passengers are not subject to algorithm-driven price spikes based on demand. The company said the premium fleet will be operated only by trained and verified chauffeurs.

Alongside pricing, NEMBHARAT is positioning safety as a core offering across categories, with features including passenger KYC, in-cab intercom, SOS integration and a dedicated quick-response team.

“Users today expect transparent pricing and a predictable experience. At the same time, drivers should not lose a significant share of their earnings to commissions,” Kanchi Sharma, Chief Operating Officer of NEMBHARAT, said.

NEMBHARAT operates under the WORLD ECONOMIC MOBILITY LTD, which the company said ensures accountability towards riders, driver-partners and fleet partners.

The platform is expected to go live in Delhi NCR next month, with a phased expansion planned across other cities in the country.
