BikeWo Green Tech Limited (“BikeWo”), an emerging integrated electric mobility and logistics platform, has entered into a strategic MoU with Moonrider, an electric tractor company, to jointly explore opportunities for the deployment of electric tractors across institutional, commercial and specialized operating environments.
The partnership brings together Moonrider’s electric tractor technology and product capabilities with BikeWo’s growing capabilities in fleet deployment, leasing, operations and institutional customer development. The two companies will work together to identify enterprise and institutional applications where electric tractors can offer operational and economic benefits and evaluate deployment models aligned with customer requirements.
The collaboration will focus on a range of potential use cases, including agriculture, industrial facilities, warehouses, logistics hubs, airports, ports and other controlled or high-utilization environments where electric tractors may be suited to specific operational requirements.
As part of the collaboration, BikeWo will also explore opportunities to support Moonrider’s existing and prospective customers through fleet deployment, leasing, operations and other commercial structures, with the objective of facilitating wider adoption of electric tractors.

The partnership forms part of BikeWo’s broader strategy to expand beyond conventional last-mile electric mobility into specialized EV applications and integrated electric mobility infrastructure. By working with OEMs and technology companies across different vehicle categories, BikeWo aims to develop flexible deployment models that address the evolving requirements of enterprise and institutional customers while supporting improved fleet utilization and operating efficiency.
Under the MoU, the companies will jointly identify potential customers, evaluate pilot deployments and explore commercial opportunities. Any specific vehicle deployment, procurement, leasing arrangement or other commercial transaction will be subject to separate definitive agreements and will be disclosed separately, where applicable.
