The introduction of myTVS’s pan-Indian “Mobility-as-a-Service” (MaaS) platform for last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators was announced. MyTVS is the largest digital automotive aftermarket platform in India and is a component of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group.
The platform unites the whole ecosystem of partners, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), to offer a comprehensive range of services under one roof for the duration of the EV fleet life cycle. With a variety of services including leasing, servicing, roadside assistance, insurance, tire management, charging solutions (including portable chargers and myTVS charging stations), and real-time fleet management, fleet operators can rely on the platform to guarantee seamless operations. The platform offers a digital catalogue including 1.8 lakh SKUs to facilitate these services. Additionally, the platform offers auto refurbishment services to extend the lifespan and efficiency of fleets.
According to the company, myTVS wants to help last-mile fleet operators grow more quickly alongside their clients by using its MaaS platform to become their destination brand. With the support of solid partnerships with all parties involved, this end-to-end service platform will offer fast commerce participants personalized digital solutions. A strategic partnership has been formed between myTVS and MoEVing, one of India’s leading providers of EV-based logistics, in connection with the launch.
This change marks a significant turning point in the company’s trajectory as it takes it from providing personal mobility solutions to fleet mobility solutions. Businesses must electrify India’s rapidly expanding quick commerce segment if they are to meet their sustainability goals. Plug-and-play solutions provided by myTVS’s MaaS platform will enable better performance and accelerate the electrification of vehicles. Furthermore, this program supports government initiatives to encourage green mobility and accelerate the use of electric vehicles.
