An important step towards developing India’s electric mobility ecosystem is the strategic partnership between Booz Mobility and EMotorad, which is supported by MS Dhoni, to transform electric transportation. This is the first collaboration between an Indian micro-mobility operator and original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Booz Mobility will only be able to buy electric kick scooters from EMotorad under this arrangement. These kick scooters will power the whole fleet of vehicles that the company uses for intra-campus mobility in gated areas. Booz Mobility is Asia’s first electric kick scooter fleet operator, offering EV Fleet-As-A-Subscription services to metro areas and serving gated communities.

The partnership’s significance was emphasized by EMotorad CEO Kunal Gupta, who stated, “This collaboration aligns perfectly with our vision to shape the future of Indian electric transportation.” We’re thrilled to embark on this journey with Booz Mobility and to introduce our Lil E kick scooters, which blend performance, design, and innovation.

Booz Mobility is expected to get 500 electric kick scooters from EMotorad before the end of FY25. These scooters will advance Booz’s goal of offering ecologically friendly mobility solutions while also enhancing short-distance commuting within big towns.

Booz Mobility’s founder, Rutvij Dasadia, was as enthusiastic about the alliance, saying, “This collaboration will reshape how people view micro-mobility in India, addressing challenges associated with short commutes.” By 2025, we want to provide effective and sustainable transportation options for approximately 850 million square feet of gated properties.

Both businesses are now positioned to lead intra-campus transportation in the future.
