Ather Energy Appoints Surabhi Loshali as Chief Human Resources Officer

Ather Energy, one of the leading electric two-wheeler manufacturers in India, has announced the appointment of Surabhi Loshali as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Surabhi will be responsible for HR and administration  functions.

Surabhi brings over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, with deep expertise  in people strategy, organisation development, talent management, large scale transformation  and people analytics and culture building across industries including pharmaceuticals, life  sciences, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. She has held senior HR leadership  roles at leading organisations, most recently serving as Group Chief Human Resources Officer  at Strides Pharma Science Limited, where she led global people initiatives across multiple  geographies.

In her new role at Ather Energy, Surabhi will oversee the company’s end-to-end HR function,  including talent acquisition, leadership development, organisation design, employee experience,  diversity and inclusion, HR technology, and people analytics. As the CHRO, she will work closely  with Ather’s leadership team to support long-term growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and  preserve Ather’s engineering-driven, high-performance culture.

Surabhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (HR) from XLRI Jamshedpur and a  Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science & Chemical Engineering from Delhi College of  Engineering. With extensive global experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, she is  known for driving people-centric transformation aligned with strategic business outcomes.
