Conducted in collaboration with the Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC), this initiative aims to promote skill development and foster creativity, teamwork, and innovation in the electric vehicle domain. The BYD EV INNOVATE-A-THON is more than just an initiative – it’s a catalyst for innovation and progress in the electric vehicle domain.

Being the global leader in NEV manufacturer, BYD’s drive behind this initiative is to partner with students to build their EV dreams, paving the way for a brighter future. The initiative is open to engineering students from select institutes across India and will consist of three stages: a preliminary online quiz, a digital prototype round, and a physical prototype creation and sales pitch round. The top three winning teams will receive exciting prizes, with the first-place team winning the opportunity to meet the technology and sustainability experts at BYD headquarters in Shenzhen for a week. The runners-up and third-place teams will receive cash prizes and trophies.
