Euler Motors has launched a new service called Euler Prime, offering real-time, on-the-spot vehicle support for its commercial EV customers in over 45 cities across India. This initiative is designed to boost uptime and improve the ownership experience by combining rapid response with predictive maintenance.

In the first phase, Euler Prime will roll out in key North Indian cities — Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna. Specially trained Prime teams, travelling in mobile bikes and vans, will be tasked with reaching customers within 90 minutes in urban areas.

At the heart of this support service is Shepherd, Euler’s proprietary vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables live diagnostics, remote monitoring, predictive alerts, and real-time connectivity between vehicles and Euler’s service operations. The platform is built to detect potential issues early — often before drivers are even aware — empowering the Prime teams to act proactively.

According to Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, Euler Prime marks a “significant milestone” in delivering a seamless and proactive EV ownership journey. By marrying on-ground rapid response with Shepherd’s intelligence, Euler intends to reduce disruptions, maximize vehicle utilization, and improve profitability for fleet operators.

In terms of cost, Euler Prime is free for new customers and those under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Existing customers who don’t have AMC coverage can still access the service, but on a paid basis. For response times, urban breakdowns are targeted at 90 minutes, while assistance for outer-city or highway issues is promised within 4–5 hours, depending on location.

With the launch of Euler Prime, Euler Motors is not just focusing on building EVs — it’s building a holistic EV-ownership ecosystem. The company believes that strong, intelligent service infrastructure is critical for commercial EVs’ success, as it helps minimise downtime and keeps the vehicles running. Euler sums up its commitment with a powerful promise: “We shall never leave you on the road, alone.”
