Indian electric vehicle producer Wardwizard Innovations and Mobility declared that it received a letter of intent to form a joint project in Saudi Arabia, goaling to set up an assembly plant and an EV cell plant in the country.
With ambitions to grow in the future to include the production of electric buses, the assembly plant will first concentrate on creating electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers.
Electric vehicle cells will be produced exclusively at the EV cell plant.
The cost of getting into the joint venture was not disclosed by the company.
