Honda Motor has rolled out the N-ONE e-Mini, a compact electric vehicle tailored for urban and suburban commuters in Japan. With a WLTC-certified range of 295 km, the model positions itself as a practical, eco-friendly choice for everyday mobility.

The N-ONE e: stays true to Honda’s “man maximum, machine minimum” design principle, balancing retro-inspired styling with modern EV technology. A floor-mounted battery enables seating for four adults while enhancing stability with a low center of gravity.

Two trims are offered—entry-level e:G and premium e:L. The e:L variant features a 9-inch infotainment system and fast-charging support, enabling an 80% charge in about 30 minutes. Standard AC charging takes roughly 4.5 hours. Both versions include vehicle-to-home (V2H) capability and a 1,500 W external power supply.

Honda has equipped the mini EV with its advanced SENSING safety suite, including Traffic Jam Assist and Post-Collision Braking. The car also supports single-pedal driving, making stop-and-go traffic more manageable for city drivers.

Sustainability extends to the materials used, with recycled and bio-based components integrated into the bumpers, mats, and trims. The N-ONE e: comes in several colors, including a new “Cheerful Green,” and is priced from ¥2,699,400 to ¥3,198,800 in Japan.

The launch reinforces Honda’s roadmap toward carbon neutrality by 2050, marking another step in broadening its electric vehicle lineup for mainstream consumers.
