Jaipur-based electric vehicle start-up, Hop Electric has rolled out the Leo high-speed version of its scooter. A 2.1-kWh electric motor with 2.95 bhp and a peak torque of 90 Nm is included in the new Hop Leo. On a single charge, the electric scooter can go 120 kilometers.
It also includes an 850 W smart charger that charges the battery from 0% to 80% in 2.5 hours.
Four riding modes are available on Leo’s high-speed model: Sport, Reverse, Power, and Eco. This electric vehicle has a hydraulic spring-loaded shock absorber in the back and a telescopic fork up front.
The disc-disc is equipped with a combi-brake system with regenerative braking. The scooter is 160mm high. The LCD digital display is also available and you can choose to have a third-party GPS tracker. One can choose from five colors: Black, Grey, Blue, White, Red, or Grey. According to the company, the all-new Hop Leo scooter is now available in showrooms throughout India. It is priced below Rs 1,00,000 It will be available at showrooms across India for Rs 97,000 to Rs 98,000.
