Jio-bp (the operating brand of Reliance BP Mobility Limited, a joint venture of Reliance Industries and bp), a leading provider of EV charging solutions, announced a partnership with Kia India to integrate their EV charging networks and make public charging more accessible for EV users across the country.
Under this collaboration, Kia EV customers can discover, access and use Jio-bp pulse charging stations through K-Charge in the MyKia app, Kia India’s integrated EV charging platform. With the pulse network on board, the platform now offers access to 23,500+ charging points across India. The integration works in both directions. Kia India’s high-capacity dealership chargers will be gradually added to the Jio-bp pulse charge pro app, extending the reach of both networks. Customers can locate available chargers, navigate them, start and monitor charging sessions, and pay securely, all within the apps.
Commenting on the partnership, Atul Sood, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing said: “At Kia India, we are committed to making every aspect of the EV ownership experience as seamless and rewarding as the vehicles themselves. The integration of Jio-bp’s extensive charging network with K-Charge on the MyKia app is another step in this direction, giving Kia EV customers greater access to charging options through a single platform. By enhancing convenience, choice, and accessibility, we are further strengthening the overall Kia EV experience and supporting the growing adoption of electric mobility in India.”
Sarthak Behuria, Chairman, Jio-bp, said: “India’s shift to electric mobility depends on building trust at scale. Our partnership with Kia India reflects that shared conviction. By bringing our nationwide network and high-performance charging infrastructure to Kia, we are not just adding charging points, we are building that trust together. This collaboration marks a meaningful step in our broader vision to make clean mobility accessible, dependable, and future-ready for every Indian on the road.”
Akshay Wadhwa, CEO, Jio-bp, said: “For EV owners, range anxiety is often not just about charger availability, but about knowing whether the next charger will be operational. That’s where Jio-bp pulse comes in, with high-uptime charging stations and fast-charging technology designed to deliver a reliable, seamless charging experience. Together with Kia, we are making it easier for customers to access this network directly through the app. We are excited to give EV owners a charging experience that matches the quality of the vehicles they drive.”
