MG Motor has officially unveiled the 2025 version of its compact electric vehicle, the MG Comet EV, designed specifically for efficient city commuting. The refreshed model comes with new features, tech upgrades, and enhanced efficiency, reinforcing MG’s commitment to urban electric mobility in India.

Positioned as a smart and sustainable option for daily travel, the 2025 MG Comet EV now features a dual-tone interior, upgraded voice commands, and improved infotainment. It also supports over-the-air (OTA) updates, enhancing user convenience through constant system enhancements without requiring service visits.

The EV retains its compact design ideal for congested city roads, while offering a 230 km range on a single charge. Its small footprint, tight turning radius, and low running costs make it an appealing option for urban professionals and environmentally conscious drivers alike.

One of the key highlights is the integration of MG’s iSmart technology, providing real-time vehicle data, remote functions, and enhanced connectivity. Additionally, features such as digital twin display screens and AI-assisted voice controls cater to tech-savvy urban users.

The Comet EV continues to be powered by a 17.3 kWh Li-ion battery and is compatible with standard home charging setups. MG has also emphasized its growing EV ecosystem in India, including a nationwide network of chargers, service support, and customer care initiatives.

With its 2025 refresh, the MG Comet EV aims to strengthen its position in India’s growing affordable EV segment. Blending technology, practicality, and sustainability, MG Motor continues to drive the shift toward greener city transportation options.
