Oben Electric increased its presence in Rajasthan by setting up a showroom and service center in Jaipur. Located on Gandhinagar’s Tonk Road, this three-story flagship factory was constructed to meet the city’s increasing demand for electric motorcycles.
As part of its aim to establish a statewide network, Oben Electric plans to develop more than 50 showrooms and service facilities in 12 important Indian cities by FY25. At the Jaipur store, the company’s newest commuter electric motorcycle, the Rorr EZ, will be on exhibit. Ex-showroom, it begins at Rs 89,999.
Modeled after Oben Electric’s experience center in Bengaluru, the Jaipur facility boasts a futuristic design and interactive client engagement technologies spread across four specialized zones. Moto Zen serves as a customer lounge, Moto X allows users to explore interactive components, Moto Rack facilitates commerce and accessories, and Moto Live allows users to connect with products.
The dealership also has Oben Care, a service center that provides after-sales support, including doorstep services, to ensure a smooth ownership experience.
Madhumita Agrawal, the founder and CEO of Oben Electric, stressed the value of entering the Jaipur market and the city’s role in the company’s expansion strategy. She emphasized the objective of offering eco-conscious clients electric mobility options and ensuring comprehensive sales and after-sales services as part of the company’s growing network throughout India.
