The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) inaugurated the Sustainable Mobility Pavilion, themed “People-Centric Mobility Ecosystem,” at the 3rd India Energy Week 2025 in New Delhi. This pavilion serves as a dedicated platform to showcase the Indian automobile industry latest advancements in green mobility.

Featuring 15 cutting-edge vehicles and technologies, the pavilion highlights multiple fuel and powertrain solutions, including Flex Fuel, Gas, Compressed Bio Gas, Pure Electric, and Hydrogen. OEM members such as Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Toyota Kirloskar, Hero MotoCorp, TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, and Suzuki Motorcycle India presented a diverse range of production-ready vehicles. These offerings underscore the industry’s commitment to multi-pathway solutions for decarbonizing transportation.

Prashant K. Banerjee, Executive Director of SIAM, emphasized the industry’s proactive efforts in accelerating the transition toward cleaner transportation. He stated, “With a focus on multiple energy pathways, we are committed to supporting India’s Net Zero targets and offering sustainable mobility solutions for the masses.”

India Energy Week 2025, held under the G20 Presidency, brought together key stakeholders from the energy and mobility sectors. The event hosted 20 Foreign Energy Ministers and Deputy Ministers, heads of international organizations, over 90 CEOs of the world’s largest energy companies, and more than 70,000 delegates from 120 countries, alongside 700+ exhibitors.
