In order to install 20 charging stations at its Mumbai & Shirdi Hotels, Greenie Energy announced a partnership with Sun-N-Sand Hotels. To meet the growing demand for EV facilities from its clients, Sun-N-Sand will expand its EV charging infrastructure to 120 charging points over the course of five years.

Greenie Energy offered EV charging stations on a subscription basis (B2B2C) throughout India. In 6 Indian cities, Greenie Energy has charging stations. The main product from Greenie Energy is a piece of hardware that can turn any regular electrical outlet into an EV charging station. The exclusive mobile application developed by Greenie can be used to control this hardware solution. The Greenie Energy software enables any electric socket owner to turn any electrical outlet into an EV charging station, control who uses the station to charge their EVs, set a billing rate, collect payment from EV users, and turn the outlet into a successful business.

Istayak Ansari, Director & Co-Founder, Greenie Energy, said, “Electric Vehicles are not just a trend but a future of personal transportation. Most of the well-known car manufacturers around the world have committed to ending the production of combustion engines within the next decade or so and switching the production to 100 percent electric vehicles.
