TVS Motor Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kadam Mobility to deploy 500 electric three-wheelers across India during the financial year 2025–26. This partnership aims to strengthen sustainable public mobility in metropolitan and Tier 1 cities, promoting clean transportation solutions.

The deployment will feature the TVS King EV MAX, an electric three-wheeler known for its 179 km range, fast-charging capabilities, and Bluetooth connectivity via TVS SmartXonnect. These vehicles are designed to offer reliable and cost-effective urban passenger mobility, aligning with India’s broader goals of electric mobility and inclusive development.

Kadam Mobility plans to roll out these electric vehicles in phases, starting in pilot zones by the second quarter of FY26. The initiative will gradually expand in terms of fleet size and operational routes, focusing on metro and Tier 1 cities to enhance last-mile connectivity and reduce carbon emissions.

Beyond environmental benefits, the collaboration emphasizes social impact by creating dignified employment opportunities. Kadam Mobility intends to upskill drivers, including women and underrepresented groups, through training programs, thereby supporting inclusive urban growth.

Rajat Gupta, Business Head, Commercial Mobility at TVS Motor Company, stated, “Our collaboration with Kadam Mobility reinforces our shared commitment to India’s electric transition and inclusive urban mobility.” Anubhav Swara, Founder and CEO of Kadam Mobility, added, “This collaboration marks a major step toward our goal of scaling clean mobility infrastructure while empowering thousands of drivers with future-ready livelihoods.”

This partnership also marks Kadam Mobility’s expansion into shared and passenger mobility services, beyond its existing delivery fleet operations. The integration of TVS King EV MAX vehicles into Kadam Mobility’s fleet will help expand its presence in urban commute solutions while supporting India’s broader goals of electric mobility and inclusive development.
