Vietnamese EV maker VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with Global Assure to roll out a comprehensive customer service and roadside assistance network across India. This development comes ahead of VinFast’s highly anticipated entry into the Indian electric SUV market.

The partnership aims to provide 24/7 roadside support, vehicle recovery, emergency services, and seamless service management for VinFast customers. The pan-India network will also offer accident assistance, battery-related support, and towing solutions, enhancing the overall ownership experience.

VinFast’s tie-up with Global Assure is a crucial step in its localization strategy, as it prepares to establish a strong foothold in India’s competitive EV space. The company plans to launch its first electric SUV in the country in the coming months, with customer satisfaction and after-sales service as key differentiators.

Global Assure, a leading automotive assistance provider, brings extensive experience in servicing top global and domestic brands. Its infrastructure across metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities is expected to help VinFast offer consistent and reliable service nationwide from day one.

VinFast recently broke ground on its EV manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu, marking its serious commitment to local production and ecosystem development. The upcoming EV SUV will be one of the company’s first offerings made in India, targeting both urban and semi-urban customers.

With this partnership, VinFast is not just entering a new market but building a robust support system to back its products. As India accelerates its EV adoption, the company’s proactive focus on service infrastructure is likely to give it an edge in winning consumer trust.
