Vietnamese EV maker VinFast has officially introduced the VF 9, a full-size all-electric SUV designed to cater to modern families seeking performance, space, and sustainability. This flagship model marks the brand’s continued expansion into the global EV market with a focus on comfort and practicality.
The VinFast VF 9 is built on a smart EV platform and powered by a dual-motor AWD system delivering 402 horsepower and 620 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds, offering a responsive and smooth ride, even for a seven-seat vehicle.
Equipped with a 92 kWh battery pack, the VF 9 provides a WLTP-rated range of up to 531 km on a single charge. VinFast has also incorporated fast-charging capabilities that can replenish the battery from 10% to 70% in about 35 minutes, enhancing usability for long drives.
The SUV’s design emphasizes both form and function, featuring sleek LED lighting, aerodynamic lines, and a bold front fascia. Inside, the VF 9 offers a minimalist cabin layout with a 15.6-inch touchscreen, vegan leather upholstery, and advanced ADAS features, including lane assist, adaptive cruise control, and smart parking.
VinFast positions the VF 9 as a premium yet family-friendly electric SUV, offering generous interior space and flexible seating for up to seven passengers. The flat floor design and panoramic sunroof contribute to an open, airy feel, ideal for long road trips or daily commutes.
